Editorial Policy

Our goal is decision support, not a prewritten conclusion.

First-party verification

For volatile product claims—pricing, plan names, integrations and feature availability—we prefer official vendor pricing pages, product pages and help centers. Product pages are date-stamped internally and should be rechecked before major updates.

No fabricated experience

We do not claim hands-on testing unless a real documented test has been performed. We do not invent conversion rates, customer counts, ROI, testimonials or performance claims.

Comparison method

We compare products against a real-estate workflow: lead capture, response, contact history, pipeline, follow-up, long-term nurture, reactivation, team ownership, integrations, usability, implementation and cost. We do not use artificial weights designed to make an affiliate product win.

Category boundaries

A CRM may coexist with MLS, IDX, transaction management, accounting or property-management software. We state those boundaries rather than stretching a CRM claim beyond first-party evidence.
